Michael J Malkiewicz graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in South Bend, Indiana.  He served in the United States Marine Corps and is a Vietnam Veteran. While he served as a former Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice, he had the responsibility and experience of numerous trials prosecuting criminals, and also being the legal representative for several State agencies. During his legal career, Mike has prosecuted and defended individuals charged with criminal offenses from murder to simple harassment.
