Robert J. Taylor, Esquire, was born on October 7, 1957 in Hinton, West
Virginia. "Bobby" majored in History and graduated Magna Cum
Laude from Concord College in Athens, West Virgina. In 1983 he
graduated from The Delaware Law School and has practiced law at the
same corner office in Dover since being admitted to the Delaware Bar
over 25 years ago (December 14, 1983). Bobby has an active
personal trial practice and developed his skills for many years in the
criminal courtroom before concentrating solely on the representation of
injured parties. He is an active member of the Delaware Trial
Lawyers Association (DTLA) and the American Trial Lawyers Association
(ATLA) and serves on the Superior Court Civil Advistory Committee for
Kent County. Bobby was named by Delaware Today Magazine in both
its 2006 and 2008 editions as one of the Top Attorneys in Delaware in
the field of personal injury litigation. The Delaware Today
awards were based on polling conducted by other lawyers in the State
when asked which lawyer they would most likely refer a loved one who
was injured in an accident.
