Ed attended Salesianum High School in Wilmington, Delaware, then went
to the University of Delaware for a Bachelor of Science degree,
graduating in 1968.
Ed graduated from the Villanova School of Law in 1971 with a J.D.
degree and again in 1985 with a Master of Laws degree in
Taxation.
Ed is an experienced civil and criminal trial lawyer (Kent County
Public Defender, 1973-1974), having tried and argued personal injury
and other cases in all levels of the courts of Delaware and before the
Federal District Court for District of Delaware. He has also
represented clients in administrative proceedings before various state,
county and local government agencies.
He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, estate planning and estate administration.
He is the President and a Director of the law firm.
His current activities in professional associations are: Delaware State
Bar Association - Estates and Trusts Section, member and former
chairman; Torts & Insurance Section, member.
Modern Maturity Center, Inc. - The largest senior center in Delaware
(Board of Directors, 2000 - present, President., 2006 - present).
